What does that sign mean? It looks to me like a mixed number that would evaluate to car + bike / motorbike

Love at first sight
Yeah, i feel like these are a new thing around my city, i was pleasantly surprised to see these. Only noticed them when i came back from my holidays and have seen a few of them now, they're all placed in road construction zones though, could add some to narrow streets too.
Ohhhhhh I thought it is was only cars coloured red could pass 2 wheeled vehicles. :P
