Yes, you have to spread your hand out like a spider to hit at least 5 of the nipples at a time otherwise it'll bite and nip at you.

My understanding it is makes cats extra sensitive to certain things, yes.
Serve it some fava beans and Chianti with its next meal and see what happens
after my cat got spayed we had her in a little body suit so she couldn't lick the wound. and it restricted her movement a bit so she didn't jump around all over the place like she wanted to. after a week we took it off for a little while and she was ecstatic when I scratched her back. not as ecstatic as this guy but it was still something to behold!
It must like it because she's not being shredded right now.
