And there's Russia, a literal post-fascist country working with fascist and imposing fascistic anti-LGBTQ laws on its citizens and the world using asrtoturf NGOs like CitizenGo (any secular democracies not at least listing CitizenGo as a hate group let alone a terrorist group is committing suicide).
