Hopefully we don't see another war in the Balkans, but it does seem like the situation is getting very tense.
Not a war, but some sort of uprising that could "justify" the use of troops there.
It's gonna be interesting to see if the west has the capacity to get involved at this point.
Or the "willing" to do it. Is there something to win for the US there ? If no, so no.
US has been agitating in Kosovo since the invasion of Yugoslavia, so clearly there is an angle for US there. There's a reason NATO still has an occupation force there.
Unfortunately, I don't know this part of history but it's not too difficult to believe.
And even if interference were wrongly assigned to US, it does not really matters, their "case" is too heavy anyway. :)
