I am pretty sure this was setup just the photo. There is no insulation work done on that thing and an uninsulated box truck is an oven in sunlight and a fridge at night. It also has no ventilation and no bug screen on the roll up door if they choose to leave it open.

I smell bullshit.

EDIT: On closer inspection, this is obviously a rolling shop, which makes sense. Nobody is living in there, that's just for selling stuff.
