I was curious about the construction in the end zone. Looks like JSU is building an $80M dorm that wraps around 2 sides of the stadium.
I can’t tell from the article, will there be forms facing the stadium? That would be so cool to just sit in your room and watch football. I’d be worried about noise for some students though, could make studying hard
Losing 4000 seats but gaining a dining hall and 350 student rooms. Worth it. I wonder how much those dorms are going to go for or if they will mostly go to scholarship athletes.
First targeting ejection of the season. Another close call but I think it was the right one.
Although, from the first few minutes of the game helmets have been flying off way more than usual. I've watched a ton of games played in the south and I don't really buy the "sweat makes them come off easily" thing...
Wow, game-sealing interception. Congrats to Jacksonville State - I should not have doubted them! Note to self, Rich Rod is the JSU coach and I need to raise my expectations for this team.
