Also, AI and images tend to have a shinyness to the skin. Gives it away more than fingers.
You can generate the image with AI and add the writing with Photoshop or something like it yourself.
But it is older than generative AI. It's from the end of the 00s.
A very coursory search with Tineye points to this blog post from 2008. Although the picture on the site itself returns a 403 error, it appears to be from some sweaters that use fragments of slogans from a Dutch cartoonist.
