I don't know if I can provide an accurate tldr but from what I understand:

Astralis planned to bench one of their players "br0"
they claimed he was unfit to play for an upcoming tournament, and requested to use player "Cadian" as a substitute
"br0" and his agent denied those claims, saying he felt perfectly fine
the rule book of tournament organiser "Blast" states that if a player is unfit to play, the coach has to be subbed in as a player
fielding "Cadian" instead of the Astralis coach would break those rules, yet "Blast" gave them green light
in response/protest, all in game leaders from other teams decided to not show up at the photo taking thing for the tournament, saying they felt unfit to participate
prompts a request from "Blast" for an investigation

I may have missed things, anyone with better info, feel free to correct me
