Another execution of Ukrainian prisoners was filmed by us from a stream of a friendly unit yesterday 30.09.24 in the Pokrovsk direction. (Nikolaevka-Sukhoi Yar)

We also had at our disposal an interception in which it is said about the execution by Russian servicemen of 16 Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered, after which they were taken to the field, lined up and shot.

So Ukraine soldiers now know to go out with martyrdom instead of surrendering. Yeah not a good move russia.

They've already done this repeatedly, I'm quite surprised any Ukrainian is surrendering. Truly tragic.

Hope is tremendously persuasive.

Yeah they probably have something to come home to. Super sad that their hope betrayed them. I hope this increases fervor for Ukraine.

Not everyone that is captured, has surrendered. In a war this thick with artillery don’t discount that the Ukrainians may have been dazed/unconscious before being overwhelmed.

Another war crime, another example of Russian barbarism.

Let's totally make peace with those totally peaceful Russians! Nothing could possibly go wrong!

2014:

"Just let them have Crimea! They'll stop there and we Save Livesβ„’."

That's one way to ensure your enemy never surrenders

[–] SupraMario@lemmy.world 17 points 10 months ago

Yep. They're better start expecting trapped UA groups that might have surrendered, to now fight until they're all dead, causing as many casualties as possible on the way out. Russia continually shows the world how shit a country they are

Ahhhh, I was starting to think Russia had gone soft in its irrelevance on the world stage. Turns out they still got a couple war crimes left in em!

How about a new red line from the US, 100 Tomahawks per dead POW, and no restrictions.
