It's been pretty funny watching the reactionary youtubers tripping over themselves to come out with the latest BG3 hot takes.
It's funny, before the game came out I kept seeing vague grumbles about it being woke garbage from the usual gamer crowd. Now that it came out and has nudity, sex and violence in it and annoyed some game developer somewhere it is suddenly epic and based
The dude in the screenshot came up on my feed. I listened to him for almost 3 minutes and he went on and on about how mainstream gaming press wasn’t ready for his opinions and such… I took a look at his upload history and then immediately switched to a different YouTuber’s video. Dude is some kind of right wing asshat obsessed with calling anything that isn’t straight and white “woke” as a pejorative.
