Got the Disk about 2 years ago and when I checked CDI it appears with caution with Reallocated Sector Counts being yellow. Is this something to worry about?

So far It has been running flawlessly, read and write speeds seemed to be normal when I tried moving files on and off of it.

I don't really mind replacing it, but at the same time, if possible, I would like to still use the drive to keep stuff on.

Also, can anyone advise what Current, worst and Threshold means in CDI?

Thanks for any help in advance.
