Has anyone here ever successfully moved forensic copies of windows 11 from one drive to another before?

I keep getting the popup 'you'll need administrator permission to move this folder' and then it hangs on me. (I am using a different PC and connecting the drive with the forensic copy via usbc enclosure)

Or am I doing this wrong?

For context, the original forensic copy was made in Macrium reflect. I just want to use the drive for something else but the backup is hogging space.
