So a couple of my HHD's failed on me recently while i was trying to retrieve data, so decided to buy an ssd. Please help me make the right choice. For the sake of future proofing, i wanna go for a 4tb variant (kindly tell if it's a good decision or not). Next, with the intent of using it exclusively externally with the help of an enclosure(atleast for the foreseeable future), tell me which of the following specs should i worry about-

DRAM SLC CACHING PCIE GENERATION TLC OR QLC TBW
