What would be the best way to store music besides downloading it on my computer? Ideally, I’d like to store thousands of songs so I can have them in the future, which would eliminate the risk of me losing them from being possibly deleted on music platforms as time goes on. I’d assume the best way is a hard drive but I’ve heard they only last a few years. I’ve thought about uploading all the songs to a cloud storage but there is a risk of that particular site possibly shutting down in the future. Is there a sure-fire way to store music long term? And what would be the best way to go about this? Thank you in advance, I’ve been procrastinating this but it’s time that I find an answer and I greatly appreciate any help!
