It looks like the slime that eels secrete as a defense mechanism, but mixed with beef fat. What I know of peak Bri'ish cuisine, that jives.
Dubious food irl
I've heard the notion before that mushy peas are the British guacamole. It only reinforces my headcanon, that it's being served with chili and what the British call "chips". 🙃

on first glance i thought this was fries with guac and gravy.
and i assumed this was an american bragging about being free cos 'we can eat junkfood and watch football' or something.
