Original Title: Bought a Video Capture USB from Amazon to convert old hi8 tapes to digital, after connecting my old Sony camcorder to the device, the video on OBS is good but there is no audio, USB capture device isnt listed under 'audio device' in properties and is marked as 'inactive' in audio mixer settings...
Does anyone know why this might be? I go on the source (Video capture device) properties in OBS > Use custom audio device > the only thing listed here is my mic, there is supposed to be a 'USB audio' or something like that...
For reference, my camcorder is a Sony CCD-TRV46E (only 2 connectors, 1 yellow for video and 1 black for audio... Connected yellow from camcorder to yellow on USB capture device and black from camcorder to red/white on USB capture device).
