Oldtimers are Defined as Vehicles 30 years or older, whereas Youngtimers are between 25 and 30 years of age!

I think this is the upper west side of Manhattan. I believe that’s the soldiers and sailors monument on the left.

That's not traffic, all the cars are parked and empty.
