Watch Sesame Street with this in mind: all the muppets have a mental disorder and the humans don't. Now guess which mental disorder each muppet has.

Yeah, the Count definitely has OCD. And you're right that Cookie is addiction and Oscar is depression. Bert has autism, like Julia, but it isn't addressed so he takes everything literally when Ernie says it. Ernie is a pathological liar but loves Bert and those around him. He just can't help himself.

The puppets are all experiencing a mental health disorder and the humans are their caretakers.

Hmm, not sure I agree with Ernie being a pathological liar, but it is an interesting idea. Is there anything definitive which can be said for Grover, Elmo, or Big Bird?
