Hey all, Mac mini M1 connected to my 8TB SATA SSD via USBC . I finally hit capacity and I realise this ain’t a lot of data vs others here.

Just wondering what would be a good way to expand my storage capacity while keeping my plex server as the Mac mini.

Ideally I would like to maintain SATA SSD level transfer speeds and having the option to expand any setup recommendation with additional capacity drop in style would be ideal.

SSD based options would be my preference but I’m happy to look at everything. TIA
