I am having trouble getting info from Syncbackpro's technical support, was wondering if someone can elaborate.

I have about 5 computers that sync files between each other, mainly for game saves that don't use Steam Cloud or a cloud-equivalent service and settings files for programs like Borderless Gaming. Steam Deck with Windows, Desktop Machine, Home Theater, Laptop, Server (95 percent of my games are stored on a NAS, some of which save to the root folder of the game/emulator), etc. My syncbackpro profiles point to a remote cloud folder that's also on my local network (Synology).

Currently, I am on version 9 of Syncback. When I create a profile for one machine, I have to export it then import it into the other machine manually (turn on the computer, log in, import the profile). Doing that multiple times per game and running the profile each time gets laborious, I heard in version 10 or 11 you can use something called Syncback Management Service that supposedly might do this all automated for you after making the profile. Likely, you can assign it to a group of "users" and they will be able to use the profile. Can a machine be setup to auto-import profiles from something like a shared folder?

Does anyone have any experience with this? I tried asking their support but I didn't get a straight answer.
