Why does GoodSync say there's so little room left on my external drive? (zerobytes.monster)

I have an external harddrive (5TB) that GoodSync says there's only 12.74GB free. But when my Mac looks at the drive, it says there is 2.21TB available. (see attached pictures)

Any clues of why there's a difference? I'm not even sure where to start, but I'll keep everyone posted.

EDIT: I'm also seeing that GoodSync thinks my external harddrive (External 1) is only 602GB. Shouldn't that be 5TB?
