Lin Biao and Yevgeny Prigozhin
The guy in Heaven is Lin Biao, who was elected to succeed Mao in China, and then died in a plane crash under strange circumstances. There's a bunch of conspiracies about it in China, not unlike how Americans have conspiracies about the JFK assassination.
The guy at the bottom is Yvgeny Prigozhin who was head of the Wagner mercenary group that made up much of Russia's best fighters in Ukraine, before he had them turn around and start marching on Moscow, in a half-assed mutiny attempt.
As of today, Prigozhin died in a plane crash, similarly to Lin Biao, in what seems like a pretty obvious assassination.
