I purchased four WD DC HC520 12 TB drives from ServerPartDeals. They arrived today, so I put all four into my SUPERMICRO SYS-530A-IL Workstation. When I boot and look in the BIOS, none of them are recognized, and I can't feel any vibration from the drives—they aren't spinning at all.

I removed the drives and installed a WD DC HA210 2 TB drive I had. It spun up fine, and the BIOS saw it. I was able to do a test install on that drive, and everything worked fine. I removed the 2 TB, plugged the same cables into one of the 12 TB drives, and powered it on. Still nothing—the drive still felt dead.

This is my first time purchasing from ServerPartDeals. Everything I read on this forum and online sounded very positive. Is it possible that I received four dead drives?

Is there something else I should try, or should I start an RMA and get drives somewhere else?
