Rules say that the title format is to be followed, but there are no indications of what it is, at least not here on the fediverse.
If this is a sister community of the subreddit with the same name, perhaps the rules were copied over from there but without adapting to how things are over here?

Reach out to the admins of the instance, they can check if the user is active and look for new mods. If you want to moderate it then even better :)

Hopefully he's just quiet. Having a derelict community for so long could be dangerous very dangerous, specially when it's expected for posts here to be legit.

This looks like an unmodded community for sure.

Did a quick check and it looks like this community is just a port of r/GameDeals. The rules sidebar on Reddit matches this one exactly. Only the difference is that the Reddit community used dropdowns that had additional information.

Here's the text that came from the r/GameDeals rules:

3. Use our title format

 Posts should avoid editorialization and use the following format:

[Store Name] Game title or promotion (Discounted price/Percent off)

For large sales events, there will be too many games to list. Please include some highlight games in the title that you or others may be interested in. More can be posted in the comments, or by using a self-post.
