The Championship is contested in teams submitted by European transport agencies who compete in eight disciplines. The event's goal is to honor the best team of tramdrivers in Europe.

It says on the site that there will be an online stream for the main event itself, but I couldn't find anything about where. So stalk the site of the Tram EM and hopefully they well provide a link soon.
