It's A Digital Disease!

I have some footage recorded by a JVC GR-FXM170A which I am trying to convert to digital by using OBS. I used this capture card to connect the camera to the PC but nothing showed up in OBS. I don't know where the original cable is but I used a cable like this. Then I connected the camera to a TV using the same cable and the footage played without a problem on the TV. I thought maybe the capture card was broken so I used both the same cable and a cable like this to connect a satellite receiver to the PC and the footage played in OBS both times. Does anybody knows where the problem is and how I can fix it?
