Hello, I've been trying to use WD's chat since 8:30AM PST (CHAT NOW-North America) and keep getting "Agents are only available during business hours for this region. Please try again later." The site clearly says "Online Store Support: Monday — Friday, 8am — 5pm PST" and I'm starting to doubt reality and time. Can someone, please, check? Thank you.
