Odd, but I'd never thought about getting sleepy while driving a motorcycle/scooter. In a car it's all nice and climate controlled, but if I feel like I'm getting sleepy behind the wheel the first thing I'll do is turn on the AC right on my face and the breeze is usually a good wakeup. I suppose you can get used to anything if you're sleepy enough.
