The images recorded in history changed from the real bell’s face to sisko’s which to me says it wasn’t a predestination paradox, the real bell did it the first time, and sisko did it the second.

yeah I hope so, What do you speculate how the original Bell got acess to the Net?
The story might have played out the same way. Someone Bell knew got saved by that CEO, and they convinced him to help Bell.
Sisko says “Maybe it was Bell”, I like to think it was, that Bell had the hacking skills to do it himself.
To point #3: It's sad how optimistic people were for the Internet not realizing that it would largely just consist of the same existing power structures.
Regarding point 2, I just figured Gabriel Bell was probably just someone good with computers who was also down on his luck and empathic to others' plights.
