Does the Seagate Toolkit detect internal Seagate HDDs for backup? I only have experience with it for external drives, not internal. I know the Kingston Manager is able to detect internal Kingston SSDs and make backups of that SSD to put on another connected drive, but I don't know if I can put have a Seagate HDD in an enclosure and back up to that.

I was thinking of buying that dock because I need a new desktop docking station, and I wondered if I put a Seagate drive there, I can make it another offline backup, I am currently using an external Seagate OneTouch as a local backup for my work laptop, and it backups everytime I'm home when I dock, but I was wondering if I use this dock and put a Seagate HDD inside it, I can move the external drive to my work quarters and have that be the local backup there, then have this dock serve as the local backup at home.
If not, is buying a onetime license of something like Macrium Reflect worth it and I'd just use that to replace Seagate Toolkit?
Thanks for suggestions!
