They're just mad they can't extort businesses as much.

It's definitely part of it, but the complaint is also valid on its face. Google is cutting off everyone else by only using their own results.

If they have decent representation, they should win. All they have to do is show Google favors it’s own reviews/sites in search results.

It will be interesting to see who else jumps on this trend and sues Google for the same thing.
