My dad recently brought home his old camera which still uses tapes, and I'd like to get the footage onto my computer so that it isn't lost. It's a DCR-TRV255E PAL and I'm using a Mini-USB to USB-A cable to connect the two. I've also got a FireWire cable if needed, but I need an adapter to connect it to my PC (newer motherboard, no FireWire port). When I connect it, it says in the Windows devices that I "don't ahve the proper drivers installed". Are there any drivers or apps to save the footage?
