"Eternal flight", as some hostile bloggers say.

Soldiers of the air defense unit of the 28th OMBr hit a Russian attack aircraft SU-25!

The fate of the crew is still unknown, but we know for sure that one less problem for our infantry.

We are working!

✝ 28 OMBr named after Knights of the Winter Campaign

The plane appears to go down (although no fire or smoke is visible) but the burning objects in the sky appear to be flares dropped by the plane. Was it hit before the video started or am I missing something?

Yeah thats what I was thinking too, Im assuming the second puff of smoke is the pilot bailing out. Dont see any impact.

Nice! Go Ukraine!

The puff of smoke after the chaff is dropped is likely anti-aircraft gungire scoring a hit. It looks like a flameout, meaning the fire in the turbojet's combustion chamber was extinguished. There's likely not enough energy (speed + altitude) for recovery.
