AltStore if you have an always on computer to run AltServer. It’ll auto refresh weekly.

if you want easiest route: try signulous or maple sign. But, you have to paid yearly.

Not necessarily the easiest method but rather a subscription bondage to something that should be free like torrenting for example or how APK files are loaded on Android.
