Hello, I'm looking for advice as I explore my options. Currently all my drives are kept my case and are aging, have no redundancy. Primary use is media storage. Reads may be frequent, but writes somewhat limited as I download/gather them.

Right now I'm leaning towards getting a 6-8bay enclosure, using SnapRAID for 2x parity drives and Drivepool (already own and use). This would be on windows.

What I'm eying currently:

Enclosure (really not sure about this): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYC6YTV3?ref=emc_p_m_5_i_atc

Drives: https://www.newegg.com/p/2RC-02PD-00146?Item=9SIA5ADK744541

Any thoughts, input, or advice would be appreciated as I don't especially know what I'm doing in this area.

Thanks!
