A football is made from hexagons and pentagons. The dude in the picture is all hexagons.
While hexagons are bestagons on a 2d plane, they don't really fold well over inflated 3d space.
I'm impressed that the barber solved that on a ball shaped head anyway.

Am I the only person that thinks this really isn't bad at all? I like the style. I have seen some absolutely wack haircuts in my time and this one, I think this one is not only not bad, but is actually good.

There are a lot of people who do, yes. Especially people who are public figures, with high pay.
Can't see the back, so maybe they used pentagons there to make it work. From this angle though, it's quite nicely done actually.
