MakeMKV and DVDFab cant copy this ONE bluray episode even though it plays fine and the disc is new/undamaged. (zerobytes.monster)

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here. I've used MakeMKV to rip several episodic blurays with no issue, but for some reason, this particular one is having issues with only one of the episodes and I kept getting a read error. I downloaded DVDFab in case it was a software issue but its having the same problem. The disc looks fine and has no damage or marks. I gave it a clean anyway but am still having problems. This episode also plays fine on my PC with the same disc drive, so i'm really stumped at where the issue lies??

Should I buy a new disc? A new drive? Or is it a software problem?

Any suggestions are appreciated, thankyou!
