So I work for a large company that doesn't always choose the fastest and easy solutions for recovering from system failure. SOP is to do a full system replacement and software install instead of restoring from a back up. Systems are not on UPSs so when power goes out files get corrupted and a restore is more then adequate in my opinion. Anyways my old facility with same company was actually pretty good and used Ghost, we had systems back up and running in like 5 minutes because we had clones of every drive. I still have a copy of it on a bootable flash drive but also looking for other useful software. I don't need any data recovery but hard disk health would be nice. Mainly looking for relatively quick tests. These computers control machinery so lack of downtime is the most important thing but would be good to know if the drive if the drive will fail again so I can just replace it while the machine is down.

Thoughts?
