In the past LTT would have responded to the testing allegations in a more mature way, but they seemed to have gotten arrogant and big headed. The sexual harassment allegations make sense considering they don't seem to have a HR department. Considering the size of their company, this was a disaster waiting to happen.

Edit: They do have an HR department, but it clearly didn't work.
