I'm archiving a database of about 2000 videos. However the filenames don't adhere to any particular pattern, so I'm planning to rename all of them, something like "2020-01-25 - show name - EP - Subject", however I want to keep a reference to the original filenames in something like an excel sheet.

What's the best thing to achieve something like this?

For any commandlines, I'm on Windows 11.
