The "help I'm being repressed" skit , then, is the budget spent on all the rest of IT. It sure seems like the pittance earmarked for us all goes quickly to the ClownStripes, fornigates and dreckpoints of the world. ;-)

Budget isn't the problem in my job, it's upper management being reluctant to change or the slightest inconvenience
