Hey all, not sure this is best group to post but im sure a few fellow ocd hoarders here have an answer/experience.
I've been trying out slowly every once in awhile a new outlook tool, specifically looking for a few features.
I'm using office 2021 outlook desktop for windows using offline pst/ost files

duplicate sorter: being able to not only delete exact duplicates but to also recognize duplicates with the exception of receiving email address line or forwards. Similar to some video/picture duplicate finders to refine a list showing anything below %100 and above %90 as duplicate so I can manually sort through and decide on the less than complete duplicates.

email analytics Metadata export, I want to be able to export a list of every single email address I've sent and received emails as well as the date of 1st, date of last and numbers in between maybe even each year has its own column so it breaks out 20 sent 23 received in 2019 etc.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Thanks!
