I built a NAS (currently running NixOS, Mergerfs, Snapraid, Samba, Nextcloud..) for my dad and he wants to back up stuff from it to an external hard drive. I'd do it from the command line but I need a GUI tool for him to do it. Is there a NAS OS (like Truenas, Xigmanas, OMV...) that let's you connect an external hard drive to your NAS, have it mounted and then let's you do incremental backups to that drive?
