I have an opportunity to purchase some enterprise SAS hard drives that have been pulled from salvaged Dell servers. The 12TB drives are $70/ea and come with no warranty. There are two options:

Seagate 12TB Exos X18 (ST12000NM006J) Made in Thailand

Toshiba 12TB MG09 (MG09SCA12TEY) Made in Phillipines

I'm a bit of a layman when it comes to drive specs. Both brands of drives have under 1000 power on hours. The Toshiba ones have a MFG date of 2022 and 2023. I can't find the MFG date on the pictures of the Seagates (Edit: Seagates are all 2022). They are all relabeled Dell drives and come with no manufacturer warranty. The price is great but I'm not sure if either drive is a better bet than the other? I'm leaning towards the Toshibas since the MFG date is clearly listed. I'm probably overcomplicating the decision but any advice is appreciated. I will likely be buying 4 of them

Edit: The seller is willing to do 4 for $250 on the Seagates just to get rid of his remaining inventory. Currently leaning towards those
