So some background, I’m trying to deduplicate and merge around 40k photo/video files. Currently looking at using Duplicate File Detective but I cannot for the life of me find anything that tells me what it does with exif data. Like if I have duplicate photos but one of them has tags, is it going to merge the data or just randomly choose one and maybe wipe my tags?
