Hi I am looking for recommendations on how to create a setup where and I can confidently house my data at home safely

I have roughly 10TB of data of different qualities of necessity. Meaning there is some data that I absolutely cant loose and some that I would be find if was lost.

I have a main home server box and a pihole that I am hoping to use as a way to store my data and back it up.

I was curious what type of setup/tools you all could recommend to help prevent data loss, keep data safely encrypted at rest, and quick to retrieve data.
