Abortion is banned in this country, which nationalists like these fellows really like. This means that if these guys get more powerful, a migrant could get raped, forced to carry to term, and then get sterilized.

Setting aside the fact that this is just insane- what's their supposed gain out of this? I mean. Why not just sterilize them all them foreigners before they have kids? Wouldn't that be more effective?

I still don't get it. Like they actually want them to have children but only one? Which means they do value their presence to a degree, otherwise they would just not allow them to enter or have children at all. And since you bring the issue of legality- wouldn't this be encouraging illegal immigrants/undocumented people ? Much easier to avoid getting neutered if there are no records of your children.
