Are there any formats where cards like this will become legal with MB2?
I think only the usual Commander/Legacy/Vintage style formats
They're only legal in the draft event you pull them in, and at the kitchen table.
The picture of the physical card in Gavin's tweet is also in white border, for some reason?
White borders/future borders are just a thing they're doing in this Mystery Booster
Is it just an alternate version, or will all copies of this card in Mystery Boosters be white-bordered?
Not sure, they haven't revealed enough to for us to tell
