This makes me want an Everett True beat 'em up that plays like Yakuza, and is set in 1900s America, but, for some reason, the voice acting is still in Japanese, and Kiryu's VA plays Everett.
I want a Public Domain Fighter. Think of a roster with Everett, Felix the Cat, Dracula, and Steam Boat Willy Mickey Mouse.
Is that a telephone or something in the background? Whatever it is it fell victim to True's anger as well lmao

It has a little face with a nervous smile to me, looking sideways at the loiterers. Then,in the last panel, he's sort of resigned to his fate but glad that women are not being catcalled on his corner anymore.
Probably a cigarette dispenser.
I interpreted it as a cigarette vending machine
I like to imagine that he beat all of them up.
