Hello all,

I bought two 4tb SATA Red SSDs in April of 2024. One failed withing 12 days. I naturally started an RMA. These are $400 CAD at the time so not exactly throw away. I waited weeks. Nothing.

Followed up. Out of stock (despite being able to order new online). Okay... Offered to replace with red 4th NVME. I asked for them to provide the sata adapter since my servers are sas/sata. Nope. So now I could pay for an adaptor after already paying for the drives AND the shipping costs for the RMA after 12 days of ownership... Gaaahhh.. no no thanks. Ship me the correct SATA drive.

Well. It's August. Still nothing. No input no response just "very sorry, we are investigating" over and over..

Wtf else can I do?! It's been four months!..
